Instant pea porridge by Ridny Lan is a high-quality porridge that is prepared very quickly and easily. The 150 gram pack contains cereals extruded from peas grown in Ukrainian fields. The product does not contain preservatives and GMOs. Per 100 grams of porridge there are: proteins – 20.0 grams, fats – 1.6 grams, carbohydrates – 67.0 grams. The energy value of the porridge is 1,382 kJ/100 grams. To prepare the porridge, pour 5-6 tablespoons of cereal with 3/4 cup of hot water, add salt and other ingredients as desired, mix well and leave for several minutes. The porridge is ready to eat.
