Description

Ridnyi Lan 5-cereal instant porridge contains extruded cereals: corn, rice, millet, wheat, barley, originating in Ukraine. The product does not contain preservatives and GMOs, and its nutritional value is: proteins – 8.8 g, fats – 1.2 g, carbohydrates – 69.1 g per 100 g of product. The energy value is 1276 kJ/305 kcal per 100 g of product. To prepare the porridge, pour 5-6 tablespoons of porridge with ¾ cup of hot milk, water or broth at a temperature of 80-90 degrees Celsius, mix thoroughly and, if desired, add sugar, honey, fruit, nuts or salt, butter, meat seasonings to taste. After that, the porridge is ready to eat. Enjoy! It should also be noted that the permissible maximum deviation from the net weight of this product is minus 6.7 g.
